The doors have officially opened to Adelaide’s newest private hospital, a $345 million state-of-the-art facility located in the city’s CBD. Calvary Adelaide Hospital on Angas Street replaces the 115-year-old Calvary Wakefield Hospital, that simultaneously closed as the new facility opened. The hospital began the transfer of the 53 Wakefield patients early this morning, partnering with SA Ambulance to complete the delicate task.
