The international shortage from pharmaceutical company Pfizer could go as far as January 2020 before stock picks up again from the manufacturer. Aussie parents have been sent into a panic over an EpiPen shortage across the state. Pharmacists are reportedly telling parents they are limited to purchasing just one of the life-saving devices at a time as supplies are dwindling. While supply for the adult EpiPen seems to be adequate for now, the EpiPen Jr, aimed at children, is where the shortage lies.
