Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The prize draw is conducted by Patients Australia, located at 40 Burwood Road, Hawthorn VIC 3122 Australia. The survey is conducted by Patients Australia.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who complete the survey during the competition period. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Patients Australia are not eligible to enter.

To enter, participants must follow Patients Australia on one or more of the following platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram and/or Facebook, then submit a valid vote in the Patient’s Choice Awards 2026 and provide their social media handle for each platform they follow at the time of voting. Each platform will have a separate prize draw, allowing participants to enter up to three draws by following Patients Australia across all three channels. Entry is limited to one entry per person, per platform. Where multiple entries are received for the same platform from the same individual, only the first valid entry will be included in the prize draw. To be eligible to win, participants must be following Patients Australia on the relevant platform at the time the prize draw is conducted, and the social media handle provided must match the account following Patients Australia.

One (1) $100 Coles/Myer gift cards will be awarded per platform prize draw as prizes. Each winner will receive one (1) Coles/Myer gift card. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

The competition opens on 1 June 2026, and entries close at midnight AEST on 3rd July 2026. The prize draw will take place on 29th August at 3pm AEST at 40 Burwood Road, Hawthorn VIC 3122 Australia. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

Winners will be notified via the contact details provided (email and/or phone) within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 28 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn. By entering the competition, winners consent to Patients Australia publishing their first name and suburb of residence for the purpose of promoting the outcome of the prize draw.

Personal information collected for the draw will only be used to contact winners or individuals who have opted in to be contacted to share their story of health experiences. Survey responses remain anonymous and are not linked to the prize draw entry details. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the prize draw if unforeseen circumstances arise. The Promoter's decisions regarding the draw are final and binding.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other circumstances beyond its control that affect participation. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with the use of the prize.
